I love doing custom orders. A lot of my permanent collection has come from people requestion custom designs that I love too much to not make again. I also love doing custom designs of real people. Patreon is an amazing online platform that allows creators to connect with their consumers/customers/subscribers/fans/friends/whomever. As much as I wish it was, business isn't free. I have to buy fabric/stuffing/packaging to make new products (and old ones too). Your small contribution is just helping me keep doing what I'm doing.

Although I LOVE animals, they are not what I love to create. I have developed a style over the years that is most conducive to anthropomorphic beings. Please don't take it personally if you ask for a character that is an animal, and I tell you that I can't make it happen.

So you just placed an order, and you want to know where it is and when it will be in your hands. Depending on the time of year, processing times will vary. For the best idea of current processing times, check my Instagram (@MarvelousKatastrophe) for the most up to date information. Everything listed in the shop is in stock and ready to ship, so orders are processed in a timely manner after they are placed. Once an order is marked shipped, please refer to your tracking number for any updates. Once the package is out of my hands and in those of the postal workers, that is your best chance for knowing exactly where your package is.

There is one shop update per month. To have advanced access to the items for sale and knowledge of what will be for sale, join the monthly newsletter and/or become a patron. All patrons get 1 week to shop the update before anyone else. Newsletter subscribers will get a few days to shop the update before anyone else.

Typically, from start to finish, it will take me about an hour to complete a pillow. If it is the first time I have ever made the design, it will take me a little bit longer since I have to make my pattern and work out the kinks. Pillows that I have been making for years typically take me less time since I know the design like the back of my hand.
